The print option window
gives the engineer the option of either sending the design directly to the
printer or sending it to a file. If the design is sent to a file, then,
it has to have a file name. Saving the design to a file means it can then
be copied to a document. The file can be retrieved using "Notepad," the word processing accessory available on Windows Operating Systems.
